No longer just a way station between the slots and the pit, Fusion almost overnight has become a destination bar thanks to the inspired Brazilian, Mexican and Peruvian infusions and hand-crafted Latin cocktails.

Ingredients

2 oz. Agua Luca Cachaça

1 whole kiwi, peeled

1 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice

1.5 oz. organic wasabi-infused simple syrup

Method:

Muddle the kiwi, lime juice and simple syrup into a mixing glass. Add the cachaça and ice and shake. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a kiwi slice and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
